Geocaching Poster

As a lover of geocaching, I decided for practice over the summer holidays I would make a poster to advertise geocaching.

Sistema containers of all sizes are a popular choice for caches, as their snap lock lids keep water and weather out. A popular phrase for geocaching is "the world is our playing field", because geocaching can happen anywhere in the world - it's not restricted to an arena or a stadium.

It's funny the feeling you get when you find a cache - I mean, what's so great about hiding some Tupperware under a rock for people to find, only to nose through some meagre "swaps" and sign a soggy notebook? But it's exciting, thrilling - there's a sense of adventure that's unique to geocaching alone.

These containers, whether they're humble Sistemas, fake rocks or tiny micros, contain the world of geocaching, the thrill of adventure, the cunning of treasure hunting, and the sense that the world really is our playing field. That's the idea I was hoping to communicate in this poster.
